The Bernard Mansell range of Ford Unique Buses based on the Transit FWD models 115ps & 140ps are the most versatile, driver friendly, 9 seat, wheelchair accessible minibuses available. This is the only wheelchair accessible 9 seat Transit with M1 VCA whole vehicle type approved.
The Transit Unique has the flexibility to carry 8 passengers and at least 24 normal suitcases or with up to 3 wheelchairs and 4 seated passengers. The ample cabin space allows a wheelchair ramp or lift to be fitted with no loss of cabin space or seating configurations. All models have twin side doors.
Either a single or double front passenger seat is available. The rear cabin can have 6 to 8 individual seats which can be repositioned in the 8 rail tracking system fitted as standard in the Unique Transit. Normally forward facing seats are fitted. A combination of fold down and forward facing seats can also be supplied at no extra cost. Easy access to all seats is available through the twin side doors. All forward facing seats are removable.
An electric step is fitted to all left hand side doors with the option for a step to be fitted to the right hand door.

This version of our Unique Bus is based on the new Ford Transit MWB window van. This model is available in medium wheelbase low roof or long wheelbase medium roof. Nine seater bus which is wheelchair accessible capable of carrying 4 wheelchairs. We supply this model with or without wheelchair access. Ramp or lift can be fitted of which we have several models available. The standard vehicle features are listed below and a full version can be seen with other options and prices on the brochure to your right. The variable seating options can be seen in the picture file.
